Beware, cons ahead. I do not recommend this firm. They took my case but mishandled it in a way that appeared intended to sabotage it. They failed to follow proper legal procedures, offered no meaningful support, were unresponsive, and provided misleading information. They required me to use their recommended therapist to assist with the case, then matched me with a therapist based on their “profile” of me. I definitely do not recommend this firm. They’ll take your case but mishandle it, failing to follow the proper legal procedures. Combined with a complete lack of support throughout, this took an already bad situation and made it worse. Best of luck in your search for proper counsel.
