Well they asked for a recommendation, and they have it. When my son was devasted by his first traffic violation, they stepped in to help, and after an initail court cancellation due to the only smattering of snow in the entire year they kept tabs on it all, and followed up well with my son. John was able to get traffic violations dismissed for my son. He was upfront with what he knew he could do and the best possible outcome of the situation. Office staff was very nice and supportive with all of my questions. Thank you John!
