Contacted this office to assess our bankruptcy options. Before meeting with Orcutts rep in Wilmington I had met with 2 other bankruptcy lawyers. When we met with her she seemed set back that we owned a valuable property and ultimately counseled that we would not be eligible for Chapter 13 and recommended we look at loan payoff. This was in direct contrast with what 2 other bankruptcy attorneys office had told us.
