I started my first job at 15,worked every extra hour i could. For the previous 8 years I worked 12-16 hours a day,6-7 days a week. Out of nowhere I tore my rotator cuff,had pre-surgery blood tests. Bang! I find out I'm critically anemic, my iron is really low and my blood won't clot. A month later I vomit blood,and find out I have stage-3 non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis.
