Mr Parks has been my lawyer since 2017. We had issues with a company that redid our home after a house fire. I told my grandmother not to give them the last payment because the house wasn't finished and in terrible shape. When they finished the work, then they would've gotten paid. They didn't. They were calling her and harassing her every day and trying to take advantage of an elderly person. They put a mechanics lean on her property. Mr. Parks took care of it right away. If it were possible to leave a 0 star rating I would. This attorney is an unreasonable, unethical, unprofessional crook. He not only does not know how to write a professional check but he will write a check intentionally INCORRECTLY just so you can not cash the check. He is unwilling to work with people. He is unruly and obstinate. He will not correct mistakes made by HIS office and will effectively hold your funds hostage. I would not use this attorney under ANY circumstance.
