Simply unacceptable. Reached out to John for a small scale landlord-tenant issue. During the initial phone call, he was empathetic and listened to my situation. He showed knowledge and confidence, so I went ahead and sent him all the information along with the payment. That was on August 1st. Since then, there has been 0 communications from John.
