Now let me start with this was my 2nd DUI Charge yet the first time I hired Raimondo. Was charged with 1192-3 meaning I refused to blow into the breathalyzer which NY State law automatically suspends your license for 1 year. Well not with Raimondo. He presented a tiny era in the police report in reference how the police wrote down the knowledge of me refusing. And the judge decided not to suspend my license during arraignment. WOW!!
