Worst experience ever with Jennie Bretschneider at Davis Wills. She was not prepared and charged almost twice as much per hour as other estate attorneys in Davis. A waste of my time. Find a good attorney at another firm. Jennie tried to take advantage of me as the trustee for an estate trust she had prepared yet remembered nothing about. Also they spelled my name wrong even though I had written an email and told Jennie on a phone conversation that it was wrong. This caused unnecessary problems due to the firm's incompetency.
