Mr. Jason Lutzky is an easygoing lawyer I decided to hire during my separation. He showed great interest in my situation and provided the legal counsel I needed. Only reason it’s 4 stars: I am writing this review based on a phone conversation that lasted 15-25 mins. I’m currently in process of a custody trial starting. Now to the review: When I spoke with Mr Lutzky, I felt a great sense of “this person gets it” and he took the time to listen to my pain points, and offer advise such as how to best handle the retainer and other fees in a way that doesn’t break my pockets.
