My experience with Kim and her office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After months of communication regarding an immigration matter, I was only informed on the date of the hearing that Kim was actually a paralegal, not an attorney. Despite that, legal advice and case related guidance were being provided to me throughout the process, which I found extremely misleading and concerning. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING What should have taken approximately 6 months has taken over a year, largely due to poor communication, lack of guidance, and unprofessional handling of the case. The staff member assigned, Mona, consistently unresponsive.
