My parents passed away. My sister and I sold their house. It sounds straightforward and something anyone could do. It’s not. It’s not worth trying to save a few bucks by doing it yourself. The legal part requires somebody knowledgeable about the law. Google or AI might help you there. But then you have to deal with the person on the other side of the transaction.
