He did little and charged me over $3,000 and extra charges here and there like court fees, for an eviction notice . Then wanted more to retrieve the unpaid rent. It wasn’t worth getting it and going to court because I felt like I’m just working for him. The past due rent was going to pay him and that’s if the evicted tenants were in a position to pay. this was the worst experience I have had with an attorney in 75 years. Not only did he seem incapable of writing a simple trust but his fees were ridiculous. Only after I threatened to go the the bar to report him did he finally finish, not the trust, but a simple amendment that took months.I personally feel he is not qualified to considered an estate attorney
