Very professional and took the time to listen to build his argument on the evidence he had presented.. I was proved innocent. Besides for my family this was the only person who believed in me and showed me he cared and these types of things happen. I wasn’t the only person who’s dealt with this type of situation but if it happened again I would choose Mr. Diquattro every time

I was facing a class 4 felony plus a few more petty charges. James was able to get my case resolved with no conviction, first time weapon offender probation and get my FOID back. Once I complete probation all charges against me will be dropped. He is a Great lawyer 10/10 definitely recommend. He is consistent in his practice and he understands his clients. I told myself I would never get locked up again but if I do James diquattro will be my first phone call.
