I wanted estate planning and elder law services for my mother and aunt back in 2018. Thank you for helping my brother and I get through the process of Medicaid approval for us. It's always difficult to get an attorney that can give you advice, but James Siebert was always available for phone calls. The families are usually not prepared to apply for Medicaid benefits and filling it out incorrectly will delay approval.
