Im am very disappointed and unsatisified with the unprofessiinalism you have displayed. Three weeks ago you were paid to handle this case as quickly as possible i was told it would be handles within the week. Now almost a month later and your office is unreachable, i am unable to leave a voicemail, and im out a couple hundred and my case is still unresolved.
My case is 15+yrs old. I dreaded my charges and the possible outcome. I was at johns mercy thinking the worse. John always stayed positive,kept me informed when i called. It took a little time i expected as much,but the PRICE was right. My case is since resolved all charges dismissed. Its has been an AWESOME EXPERIENCE all fears gone.
