Howard came off as petty, extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, irate and frankly quite rude. He would not respond to countless e-mails, failed to answer countless phone calls, refused to return messages, and held hostage important files and paperwork without reason or merit. I would not recommend his services whatsoever.
