Good and fast communication with Heather and her assistants. She is very knowledgeable and explains the process well, and always makes sure you don't have any questions. She takes an unfamiliar and complicated process and makes it easy! She is efficient and can get everything done quickly. Covid compliant with different options for meeting in person or zoom.
