My wife was rear-ended and injured by a large truck, he files a $90K claim against the truck insurance and he wanted my wife to accept the very first offer of $12K, it was a joke. He was trying very hard to convince her it was a good offer. I had to fight with him to turn down 3 more counter offers until we finally got $30K, on a case worth north of $80K.
