I used Greg (who I did not know prior) to help with the purchase of my first home. Could not recommend Greg enough to anyone who wants someone to help them work through all the legal questions surrounding real estate - the inspection, the mortgage, anything and everything. Would give 6 stars if I could. Greg was awesome.

Thank god we got a real estate attorney for our deal and thank god it was Greg! Without Greg, we probably wouldn’t be in our home. He was on top of every issue, request, and email, and worked so hard for us in negotiations. He was knowledgeable, informative, patient, and responsive, and also a pleasure to work with!
Greg is an absolute gem, we probably would not be in our home if he wasn't on our side during the purchase process. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and on top of things every step of the way, not to mention patient and calm (two things that are difficult to find in a real estate transaction :)).
