My experience with this attorney was disappointing. I reached out for help with my SSDI appeal, but I was asked to perform tasks that I expected the representative to handle. When I asked for clarification of his role, he stated that he would not be my attorney until I received and signed paperwork—yet refused to send the paperwork, saying he would wait until I was back in town. Greg Marks treated my family DISGRACEFULLY. Don’t go near him! My sister had a stroke at the age of 52, leaving her physically capable (well, marginally) of taking care of herself – eating, bathing, dressing, etc. But it left her with severe cognitive and social deficits.
