Kane’s website lists Trust Administration as one of the firm’s areas of expertise, so I reached out explaining that I was thinking of dissolving a SNT and wanted guidance on the financial implications of doing so since there is a considerable amount of money in there. I highly recommend Gerald Kane and his staff. I can't imagine working through an elder care plan and applying for VA benefits without them. They made a complex process painless and easy and cut through the red tape that my father would have faced had he attempted to apply for his VA benefits on his own. Gerry is very knowledgeable and works very efficiently and his staff are so helpful and really cared about my father's situation and welfare.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Gerry Kane on revising our wills. We found not only him but his entire staff to be true professionals. They spent a lot of time with us answering our questions, emailing drafts, and making corrections even while we were there. We were pleased to learn of additional services he offered. Things that we had never even considered, like the Legacy videos. He answered all of our questions, and thoroughly explained everything. ZERO stars if that was an option. I just had my initial consult call with Gerry. He couldn't stop boasting about himself about how he is the only attorney in the world who can do what he does and protect my kids. I sat and wasted 30 minutes of my time with him to tell me how great he is. Then at the end, he asked me if I had any questions. I am so grateful to Gerry and his amazing staff, Hasmik, Christina and Djoanna! They walked my father through the steps to get his VA benefits - he's a 90 year old veteran of WWII - and it has made his life exponentially easier. They are warm, efficient, caring and effective. I would recommend their services most highly to anyone!
