They stay on top of things and make sure they are done in a timely manner, along with doing their best to advocate for you and make sure you are in the best possible plan for your situation. Very quick responses, proactive in handling anything they can or need do, incredibly kind and understanding. And even with however many clients and cases they are working with on a daily basis, they make sure that no one's needs are falling through the cracks. Highly recommend! :)
