if I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my entire life. Super rude and was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes. prior to this, I was already on hold for about 15. I had to call four different times just to speak to someone and every time I tried to get information about my case miranda the receptionist/ so-called office manager and Leslie, Franklin‘s receptionist were the absolute worst to talk over the phone. they kept talking over me and hanging up. wh... read more

Waited on hold for over 10 minutes got someone who didn't speak English then got transferred to someone else only to be put on hold again. I had to call back to find out that they charge $150 for a consultation I thought that was ridiculous when every other attorney will never charge for one.
