Frank is extremely Rude- I was trying to look at his website and the link here on Google gives a 500 error - I called to let him know and ask for the correct link and he snaps at me " What are you Looking at?!" raising his voice to me after 5 seconds on the phone. I pronounced his name wrong and he gets snide with me" You pronounced my name wrong" he snaps. Simple mistake Frank, no need to get rude. The guy who greets you at Walmart is more professional than this guy. Move along
