I would definitely recommend Eric. He really cares about his clients. He is very professional and just a nice human. I also had an extremely pleasant experience with Ms. Moody. She reached out to me the same day I submitted my intake form. These are good people and I would trust them with any future legal concerns.

I spoke with a paralegal on the phone who told me that if the attorney determined very quickly in our consultation call that I didn't have a case, that some or all of my $200 would be returned. We spoke for a total of 4 minutes, it was obvious I had no case and something his paralegal could have likely determined prior to the consult call. When I humbly asked him about this, he said "I don't know why she would've said that" and insisted on keeping my $200 for a 4-5 min call.... Terrible experience. I took the day off of work to drive 30 miles round trip to meet with one of the attorneys, Mark Fenton, but he never showed up. When I called to see where he was, he told me he never booked the room and was irritated at me for some reason. We had set up the appointment only two days earlier. There was no apology or even the slightest bit of thought given for my lost income and waste of my time. I reached out twice for assistance regarding a legal matter. Mr. Nesbitt did not have the human decency to respond. If this is the way he treats prospective clients, then, I have no confidence in his ability to advocate for my rights after I become a client.
