In 2019 I got a call from someone regarding a checking account from 2014 through Fifth Third Bank. We confirmed all the details and I paid them $500.00 and received a letter stating that it was paid in full!!! Then I get hit with another call from another collection firm and am being charged more money to settle the exact same account just this week. Edward T Weber, Bockman and Associates were all listed on a bogus collections and lawsuit letter. They claimed they represented CitiBank CC and I owed money from a past CC. I called Citibank and referenced the account number listed, provided all sorts of personal information to CitiBank and they had nothing showing I owed them anything. They didnt find anything sent to collections either. As another reviewer posted below Edward T Weber is likely in business with the scam. Beware!
