Highly recommend. My consultant resulted in a satisfactory outcome & was well worth paying the consult fee. I was given the exact roadmap of how to legally protect myself & given clear instructions on what actions I needed to take. Not what I expected, For $100 I was expecting a little more that just a GBTchat explanation on the situation. Coming from a family of attorneys out of state, I was expecting a little more on a to do list. I wasn’t even made aware that I would be speaking to some other attorney where I could decide if I wanted to continue with meeting or not. In which I would have not continued with it. Felt like I was taken for the money due to being new to the area and unable to resolve situation with the department of consumer protection.

I worked with Debi Rumph on a landlord dispute that could have easily dragged on, and she was excellent throughout. She was clear, responsive, and practical, and helped resolve the matter through a fair out-of-court settlement. I scheduled a paid legal consultation expecting guidance and an initial evaluation of my situation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The call was very brief (around 15 minutes) and felt one-sided. I did not feel truly listened to, as the attorney spoke for most of the time and conclusions were presented very quickly.
