2 stars — only because of Betty I’m giving this review two stars solely because of Betty. She was the only one in the office who seemed organized, informed, and actually got things done. Betty consistently remembered the details of my case and kept things moving forward. Unfortunately, my experience with David, the attorney, was incredibly frustrating. David Simon has represented me on multiple cases. He has never ever let us down . In all cases he has come back with a better than expected settlement. He has plenty of time to discuss your case and make sure that you understand everything. He has gone out of his way to accommodate us due to our busy schedule.
