David was nice on the phone and listened to my very complicated and traumatic custody / abuse / divorce situation. After hiring David he went on vacation with no notice and sent a junior atty who I had never met and didn’t know anything about my case to represent me in court. David subsequently made false statements about engaging with minor’s counsel to resolve ongoing abuse issues while actually taking no action. I was billed for correspondence that did not happen.
