Without question this is one of the most straight talking, balanced employment lawyers I have ever come into contact with and his advice and analysis are always on point!
I was highly disappointed in his lack of compassion and refusal to educate himself on cannabis law in Tennessee as it pertains to Hemp vs Marijuana. Had he done so, I would not have had to go through 4 attorneys to get the results I wanted. I ended up settling the case with a deferment of 1 year probation, with all but one charge dropped, vs the 2 years and 2 charges that he told me was a good deal.
