I would just like to say my attorney Mr. Brian Nel is one of the best attorneys I've ever dealt with, it was a very difficult felony case. He went above and beyond. He worked vigorously for me and he really did an amazingly great job during the pretrial he was very prepared and dug through the evidence being used against me, and found many fabrications. The lawyers from David Chesley were great to work with . They were able to help me set up a payment plan which worked with . They were very forward with me about my case and what was expected of me to do for my case . In the end they were able to dismiss all the charges , I ended up winning my case with only a small court fine. Nothing went on my record and now I’m happy and relieved. This law firm was a huge help. My DUI was dismissed after getting the opportunity for the diversion program, I didn’t lose my license or driving privileges, my insurance didn’t go up and I have no DUI on my record. Court can be intimidating and having an attorney present was a very comforting feeling.
