I would never recommend David A. Jaskowiak. He is untrustworthy and unethical. Steer clear of him at all costs

I've worked with Dave Jaskowiak in a very contentious guardianship matter and he was excellent. We represented different clients, but he was timely and very responsive. He was a zealous advocate for his client while being courteous to the other parties. He's also earned the respect of the judges he appears before. No doubt people will see he has his online detractors, but these are people Dave was tasked with defending his client against. They don't like him because he was very good at his job.
