I acquired and paid the fee for Daniel Wisher to file a bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is hard enough without dealing with the emotional distress of an attorney who apparently doesn't want to do the work that was paid for, or even bothering to return your calls when you try to find out what is going on. I have never encountered such problems ever in dealing with an attorney, and I received extremely poor treatment. Now comes small claims court to receive my money back that I paid to this lawyer for the bankruptcy!

If I could give zero stars I would. He stated my legal case would be easy. This attorney has given excuse after excuse as to why he has no results for my case. He cashed my retainer check the 1st day and then refused to return emails and phone calls. His voicemail now has become full to whereas he can’t hear my concerns. Everything with him has to communicated by email. Dan took care of my legal issue when I was at my wits end. From my first visit with Dan and many more following, he was always knowledgeable, helpful and concerned about myself and family. Daniel handled a legal matter for me when I really needed someone to help. Dan answered every question I threw at him with no problem. He was very adept in his knowledge of what I was going through and going to expect. He was available to me with in a few hours if I needed to talk to him. I will be recommending his services to anyone I know of dealing with a legal matter. He really stepped up for me and went above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Dan.

Mr. Wisher represented me in a Bankruptcy and a separation. He was very informative and always returned my calls and emails. He didn't nickle and dime me and he didn't make me feel ignorant when explaining the processes. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
