I received a letter from Wright & Dale, presumably written and signed by their associate attorney Avery Haines. It was a simple letter yet he misspelled my first name at the beginning of the letter and then misspelled my last name at the end of the letter. He had all the information in front of him and still could not correctly spell a fairly straight-forward name. How is it possible there can be that degree of unprofessionalism from a law firm? Very disappointing.
Good people who are very helpful and do a great job.
