RUN FROM THIS LLC. I shouldn’t have trusted this firm’s lawyers, especially the one of who threw me under the bus. He should have been sanctioned: before the hearing. He wouldn’t let me testify because “he knew the law”, ignored a conflict of interest, allowed opposing council to submit disclosure ONE WEEK before the trial while he insisted I had to share mine 2 months in advance. Run. Don’t trust. This LLC attorney didn’t fight for but repeatedly ignored my input After several years of being his client, he was planning what he would do, regardless of my needs. Before and on court date, he did not prepare me for what the procedures would entail. Right before the trial, he ordered me not to testify because he “knew the law” I’d say he knew how to manipulate his clients.
