Started a legal review and we were finalizing documents. We both spent way to much time on this considering no completed outcome. Mario never followed through. Sorry to say never called back or emailed. If you are looking to get something done use a different attorney.
I just finished working with Mario on establishing a trust and other estate planning documents. Very good experience. I'll be using Mario to improve/modify the documents in future.
Terrible experience with Mario Bai. He took 4500 usd retainer, dropped the case and never returned the retainer, never returned calls.. I’m suing him and Contaldi as well. They will steal your money, find other attorneys.
