Horrible service I immediately asked was counsel available & the intake specialist immediately screens the call even after I told her I’m not calling for an any legal litigation. She was rude and did not care for the services I was trying to consult with the leading attorney

My case was won, however with no help from this lawyer. I did ALL of the work, I sent ALL documents in, I RETRIEVED all documents from the other party, and provided them to this lawyer. Colleen assisted with telling me how to rewrite a letter, that I already wrote and submitted, and that was the only guidence/input I got from her, her paralegal Melanie did all the rest.
