My case was won, however with no help from this lawyer. I did ALL of the work, I sent ALL documents in, I RETRIEVED all documents from the other party, and provided them to this lawyer. Colleen assisted with telling me how to rewrite a letter, that I already wrote and submitted, and that was the only guidence/input I got from her, her paralegal Melanie did all the rest. If you have a big case that results in a big payout then this is the attorney for you. Otherwise, if you have a small case, don't call them. They will not take your case.
