Terrible customer service. Never answers the phone, and always forces you to leave a voicemail, which just go unanswered. You can try emails, but that doesn't work either. Don't expect any sort of real response at all for at least an entire year. Does not make you feel like a priority. After the death of a loved one emotions are heightened and you want to feel taken care of.
