Charles Houlihan took on my case and nothing was accomplished in 2 years except for him billing me!!! Do not use him as he should have retired years ago. The man can’t remember a thing in my opinion. He hurt may case immensely!!! Warning to anyone thinking of hiring him!!! Useless attorney!!!
