My experience with Mr. Hayward and his team was something I've never expected to good to be true he helped me put my financial stability back together him and his team went above and beyond to help and not too mention he helped me get my most prized possession back from repo! Customer service great I was always able to get a hold of him and his team I'm not sure which God I prayed too but took me to him and I'm forever grateful Thank you Chad and team !
Chad Hayward is my go-to lawyer for chapter 13 bankruptcy. He's smart, responsive, and cares about his clients. I recommend his firm 100%.
Extremely unprofessional. They do not answer phone calls or emails. My first case was dismissed because they failed to follow up on a motion and again I have received a motion to dismiss because again they failed to file a motion that i requested and followed up with them about 10 months in advance. Tradd Fromme and Chad Hayward himself assured me that the motion had been granted and now no one answers my emails or phone calls.
