Edit: my original post was over 2 years ago. Still waiting on a productive outcome. Mr. Montalvo himself called me last week to tell me he was dropping my case and concentrating on criminal law. I paid a flat fee for the judgment, 2 years ago, was not cheap either. So now I have a piece of paper saying I won money but no enforcement of the judgment was ever made.
