Ford and Casey helped me with an unlawful detainer lawsuit after I became the trustee of a property with tenants who hadn't paid rent for over a year. These guys have integrity, are very responsive, explain everything step by step, and get the job done. They only charge for what is necessary and do not require a huge retainer, saving their clients thousands of dollars compared to other firms. I recommend them highly to anyone needing to evict tenants. They are the best attorney for landlords I have ever worked with.
I worked with Ford and Cliff on a tenant eviction case as the landlord. These are very experienced lawyers. just wanted to take a minute to say what a great job Ford Did for me I called him and he took me through the whole process and a little over a month later the tenant was evicted. But he should get the accolade he deserves.
