Mr. Brooks took on my case almost a year ago. Everything seemed very hopeful. I had alot riding on this case. I had explained to Mr. Brooks. We agreed that I would come in the office to make a down payment on my case and I did. A good amount at that. Well a week passed, a month then I called no answer, no call back. He was on our case and didn’t even help us… He said we had to follow dhs orders but we ask to get a different judge and never did that… he had sign something we didn’t understand which made us stop reunification and now the judge has us on a no visitation order and he just stop showing up to court and never told us he wasn’t our lawyer no more and just letting dhs do whatever they want and took $3,500 and never even help us at all also report him to the lawyer bar association
