If you pay him in advance you will regret it. Brian Ross is lazy and incompetent and he puts his own interests above yours. I sued him for malpractice, and his laziness and incompetence defending himself were stronger than his self-interest.
Do not pay him any money in advance. Do not lend him any money ever. He will screw you over and he will pretend to be your friend till he feels he can get money of you. Everything ends when you 1. do not have any more money, 2. Ask your money/loan back. 3. Ask him to perform. He is dishonest, spineless lousy and looking only for himself. He cost me dearly...
HONESTY IS BEST POLICY Unfortunately Brian is incompetent and makes many errors and gets you sanctioned because he is inexperienced and found him to not be honest. Totally not happy with his pathetic lack of Ethics and lack of Code of Conduct. Please feel free to check him out on your own. Im just telling you he is a unconscionable pathetic wannabe Attorney. My personal experience. He failed, and let us be damaged by having to pay for his failure. Could not do what he said he could.
