I hired Brian to file a chapter 7 in 2017. When you hire a bankruptcy attorney, you assume they understand all the laws according to the county they are practicing in, right? Not Brian! After all was said and done, the back taxes that were supposed to be included in my chapter 7, were not discharged. You can only discharge taxes from 3 years back. But because I had filed an extension with the IRS, the date I was told by Brian to file was incorrect. He told me that I should file 3 years from the date of acceptance by the IRS.... read more
Worst experience ever! Basically feel completely robbed from this place. I had to cancel my process due to a life happening event; my mom got really ill out of no where and she came first before any process. I advised them of my situation and they still took 50% of the money I had put down. Thieves! I will never be going back to them nor will I be referring anyone!
