Great attorney, in my experience, Brian was very open and knowledgable with my case and was able to get my case dismissed. He had fast and open communication as well.
defendant faced a heavily great bodily injury case where the DA was charging intentional assault. It was not intentional at all but instead it was an accident. Brian Skibby convinced client to settle and take a plea as opposed to fighting for his client. It's different if he was willing to fight and then "together" the client and attorney decided to settle for a plea bargain. However, this was not the case. The DA was aggressive in the court hearings, but Brian skibby was very passive.
Mr. Brian E. Skibby is the best attorney, I would not know what to say to recommend him because he meets all the necessary requirements. Quality work at a very low price, professional and responsive. Thank you Mr. Skibby!
