If you're looking for superlative representation, Benjamin Sternberg is your lawyer! I've had excellent outcomes with Mr. Sternberg after trying every other avenue to resolve major issues with my HOA. Most importantly I had a neighbor with an extremely vocal and obnoxious parrot who was driving me to the brink of insanity disturbing my contractual and legal right to quiet enjoyment and a single demand letter after suffering months of stress and anxiety resulted in the animal being evicted. I cannot recommend this attorney highly enough. From the beginning, he approached my case with professionalism, confidence, and a clear understanding of the law. I was facing a completely baseless civil lawsuit that caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty, but he handled every aspect of the defense with skill and precision. A word of caution for anyone dealing with HOA legal matters—especially involving Dickens Street Gardens or WestCom Property Services some bad reviews which validate our position. Ben has defended me on two ridiculous restraining order cases and I couldn't be happier with his services. The first case i was able to have attorneys fees awarded to me from the plaintiff. I also retained him to do my will, trust, and medical power of attorney prior to a brain surgery I needed to have.
