A word of caution for anyone dealing with HOA legal matters—especially involving Dickens Street Gardens or WestCom Property Services some bad reviews which validate our position. Ben has defended me on two ridiculous restraining order cases and I couldn't be happier with his services. The first case i was able to have attorneys fees awarded to me from the plaintiff. I also retained him to do my will, trust, and medical power of attorney prior to a brain surgery I needed to have.
