I was appointed Mr.Baffuto as a pro bono attorney, now I’ve heard stories public of defenders and pro bono Council doing the bare minimum taking a plea and moving along. But that is NOT what I received in this case! Mr.baffuto exceeded my expectations he took the time to explain every detail. Mr. Baffuto treated me as if he was being paid to provide me legal service in which he was not. If you are reading this review, stop and pick up the phone and give Bart a call. That’s what I did. Barr returned my call the next day. My situation involved a contractor who had my money for six months and was not doing the job. Excuses after excuses. Bart explained that New Jersey has a very strong law about consumer fraud. Bart said he would take my case right away. Time was of the essence because I had a broken up driveway and winter was coming. I came down to the office and we called the contractor.
