What I have to say about Bartholomew Baffuto is he is giving lawyers a good name and he is a mensch, I had a minor case in the Toms River Municipal Court and I reached out to several local lawyers. He was the only one to reach out to me with a no strings attached advice on his own time giving me great advice that in my case worked out to my benefit. Thank You Bart.

I was appointed Mr.Baffuto as a pro bono attorney, now I’ve heard stories public of defenders and pro bono Council doing the bare minimum taking a plea and moving along. But that is NOT what I received in this case! Mr.baffuto exceeded my expectations he took the time to explain every detail. Mr. Baffuto treated me as if he was being paid to provide me legal service in which he was not.
