Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Arthur Skarmeas as possible. Arthur made a tough situation worse by lying about what was done, when and what he was doing to help and everything in between. Just stopped answering emails and calls for over a year. Wasted valuable time, money and resources, never actually finished the job he was paid to do.
