My experience with the Wellman firm was stellar. I could not have achieved the success the firm afforded me under any other circumstances beyond the service I received. I am thoroughly impressed. The county threatened me over a property tax claim for which I was not liable. They offered no proof of the claim. The firm settled the case at a fraction of the amount claimed. The entire event was rapidly resolved, efficient, and effective.
Gabriel Escobedo and Arthur Wellman were great, really cleared up a Homestead Exemption issue I had with the city. Did exactly as promised- highly recommend. Very professional.
